Funkpod Thirty Five – DeepBlue FM Preview
Pod of Funk, the famously eclectic funk podcast, previews a series of shorts for August 2008, and a FUNKY COMPETITION! These 7 minute minipods are also airing weekday lunchtimes on DeepBlue FM (87.9) a southern England radio station. DeepBlue FM is funded entirely by sponsorship, which means the DJs have a lot more say in the music they play. They also have the good taste to have invited Deek Deekster to contribute…
**COMPETITION ALERT**
To coincide with the Beijing Olympics, we are running a competition with Komodo, the designers of the official FREE TIBET CAMPAIGN t-shirt. It’s very simple: BUY the garment(s), then make a video or take a picture of you (and your friend!) wearing the t-shirt(s) whilst doing something SPECTACULARLY SPORTING or SPORTY (please don’t injure yourselves!)
Send it in, and you could win a delicious night out for two at a Chinese Restaurant!
